Notes on some Mexican mushrooms
Abstract
This work lists ninety-nine species of fungi and myxomycetes collected by the authors, through the two trips they made to Mexico. The first trip, made by Welden in the months of July and August 1960, covered localities in the regions of the States of Puebla and Veracruz and the Federal District. The second trip was carried out by Lemke in September 1960 and included the area of Monterrey, N.L. and its neighborhoods. The collections were limited only to the Tremellales and Polyporales; however, some Ascomycetes, Agaricaceans, Gasteromycetes, and Myxomycetes were collected.
